Outside of the office she enjoys cooking, going to shows with her husband and hanging out with her new pup, Noah. Shannon is Fiercely Individual because she is unafraid to take risks for RAPP’s client business if she believes it will lead to better work and customer experiences. One of her favorite RAPP projects was the McDonald’s Fresh Beef Campaign. “It showed true integration across several agency partners.” Her favorite thing about the Marketing industry is “the ability to develop positive interactions with customers through relevant content.” In the future she believes the industry will have more transparent interfaces. “Blending our natural instincts such as voice, body and positioning will make it possible for people to interact with data or software applications unlike ever before." Congrats to RAPP’s Fierce Individual of the Week! Steve Chambers has been a part of the RAPP UK family for 15 years though many different roles and entities. He is currently the Director of Information Systems Security. Outside of work, apart from enjoying happy hour, Steve is a military historian and battlefield guide with interest from English Civil Wars to the Second Civil War. “I find it fascinating to study military disasters to understand why best laid plans did not survive contact with the enemy. Not dissimilar to some days in the office J.” He is Fiercely Individual because he loves the challenge of his job, and empowerment of independence, yet understanding that we are all important parts of the team. One of his favorite RAPP projects was launching ‘Cloud Services’ as a new team to meet the technical cloud challenges of RAPP’s clients. “Our aim is to maximize the profitability of cloud services, leading RAPP and Code into a new era of computing.” Thanks for all you do to make RAPP great!
