Congrats to RAPP’s Fierce Individual of the Week! Khushbakht Mohammad has been a part of the RAPP Dallas family as Project Manager since January. She recently discovered her love for the outdoors, so outside of work she’s been spending her time hiking and traveling. She also loves trying new foods; “hole in the wall places really are the best!” Khushbakht is Fiercely Individual because she always tries to better herself. “I try to ask myself what else can I do, how else can I make an impact?” Her favorite RAPP project was supporting the reveal for Toyota’s upcoming Corolla Hatchback. “I threw myself right in at RAPP and met many wonderful folks across teams and offices. It was also a great experience seeing how the CRM campaign tied right in with Toyota’s other initiatives to support the reveal of this upcoming vehicle.” She enjoys the Marketing industry “because it's always changing and you must keep up to be relevant and be in the spotlight in positive ways.” Thanks for all you do to make RAPP great! #KhusbakhtIsFierce
Congrats to Thaisa Fernandes, RAPP's Fierce Individual of the Week! Thaisa has been a part of the RAPP SF family for almost a year and was also with RAPP Brazil back in 2012! Outside of the office she enjoys traveling. "It's fascinating to learn more about other cultures and languages. It's interesting how we're all so different and do the same thing in a different way, or sometimes the same way." She is Fiercely Individual because of how she sees life in a positive and constructive way. "I'm a mix of a lot of cultures, I really enjoy how it gives me a sense of not belonging anywhere and at the same time belonging to different places… I'm able to see and learn the best of both cultures and apply it in my daily work." Her favorite RAPP project was working on Visa Developer's Twitter animations. "I love how we came up with the idea and how this project grew, the excitement of the client and dev community." Congrats to RAPP's Fierce Individual of the Week! David Lim has been a part of the RAPP Paris family as UI Designer for 12 years. Outside the office he enjoys relaxing and having fun with his kids, nieces, and nephew. He is Fiercely Individual because he always thinks about the user first. With this in mind, his favorite thing about the Marketing/CRM industry is identifying users' needs and finding a message that meets their expectations. "A message can take a multitude of forms, ranging from an email campaign to a short movie." In the future he believes companies will offer services to entice users to indirectly join their CRM program, rather than just offering a straight forward CRM program. Outside the office he is an avid open water swimming competitor; so the water is his second home. “It’s how I stay alive, and where I recharge both physically and mentally. I’m also an enthusiastic apprentice to my beautiful wife of 1.5 years, who is a very talented artist.” Scott is Fiercely Individual because he brings a deep and broad perspective to the table. “Client- and agency-side experience – including several shops, large and small. I know how agencies operate.” His favorite RAPP project has been working on the Toyota “Entertain” newsletter to evolve the customer relationship program into a personally-relevant 1:1 communication. If you’re looking for him outside the office, check local concert venues and restaurants. “I love live music and have seen most of my favorite bands between ten and twenty-five times. I love cooking, trying out new recipes and checking out restaurants in the Bay Area.” He is Fiercely individual because of the unique perspective he’s gained from his experiences, skills, and interests. “I think diverse teams create stronger and more culturally relevant work and I’m proud to play a small part in that.” His favorite RAPP project was with a Visa Developer. “A lot of companies talk a lot about innovation but when you look at what Visa is doing as a whole, they’re walking the walk… We’re using different strategies to reach different audiences on different channels to drive them to the same product.” Thanks for all you do to make RAPP great! #NateIsFierce
