I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini in Oct 2011
Interview
Very casual. One on one with very friendly current employees. No one too high up, mainly mid level managers. There were three rounds of thirty minute interviews if you were called for the in-office interview after the on campus interview. Interviews were very conversational and not intimidating at all. I really felt like I could be myself. Very positive experience.
