The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FactSet (San Mateo, CA) in Oct 2010
Interview
I heard about FactSet though a career fair. I am a HR management Major. The recruiter said that they are not looking for a specific degree to fill the Consultant position. She was very nice. I then applied though my colleges website and got a response back from a lady on the HR team. We scheduled a phone interview. She asked about stuff on my resume and how it pertained to the position I was interviewing for. The phone interview took about 30 minutes. She said she would talk to the mangers at the San Mateo office and get back to me. I heard back within 2 days. Factset offered to fly me out for a more detailed interview. The interview consisted of 4, 1:1 interviews with different people in the company. Also had to prepare a 10 minute presentation on how the past acquisitions have generated growth for factset. Only had to present to one person. Also had a group brain teaser that we did together with the other interviewers. It was about finding which potion was which based on clues. I felt I completely rocked the interview. I flew back with confidence. I did not hear anything from anyone for over a week. I sent follow up emails and all. I then got a a rejection email. Was very bummed.
All the people I met seemed very nice. The office is very welcoming. Seems like a great place to work if you get accepted. Very competitive though. Good luck

Question 1
Qu'est ce qui fait un bon client sucess associate ?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FactSet (Hong Kong) in Aug 2024
Interview
Straightforward. You begin with a telephone interview, followed by a group interview with you work on a group project and share a talent/skill you possess. If successful, you will then go through several rounds of interview with hiring manager and other senior stakeholders.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FactSet (London, England)
Interview
There was an initial virtual interview with HR and then an interview the the manager from the US. HR lady was friendly and was fast to respond to emails. The manager didn’t seem experienced in interviewing, he said so himself and went for someone that didn’t require onboarding training. He said he doesn’t expect knowledge on equity when being quizzed on it but yet the reason for not getting the role was lack of knowledge on it. Was not pleased with this misleading behaviour. The decision felt rushed as they only gave a reply once I emailed so felt like they already had the candidate chosen.
