Applied online. Got call from recruiter. Was very friendly. Basic surface level questions. Then asked to come in for panel interview. That was VERY detailed and long. be prepared to explain everything on your resume. they asked questions going back to when i was in high school. Questions like "Give me a time when you failed" were common. Just be prepared and do your homework.
