      No flexibility with schedule due to home life issues management do not care about representatives employees have no say so about what happens, which means functions change rapidly and without warning Sales, management only cares about sales, they do not care about customer service If you are not a person of color, upward mobility seems not to happen

      I enjoyed working at AT&T. The environment is very supportive for working mom and allows flexibility to work from home. My boss is very nice and understanding. The company allows lots of opportunities for growth and mobility.
