      Pros

Well, as difficult it is now getting a job, working at Walmart has been so a far a great experience. To list a few: 1. Great working environment with experienced Pharmacists and staff. 2. The company policies are such that they value each associate. 3. Great benefits.

      Cons

The only downside of working I believe is that they have frozen the hiring process, as a result the workload division is sometimes not fair and can result in burnout.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

If you become full-time, the benefits are nice. Interview and hiring process was quick

      Cons

I applied for 3rd shift overnight stocking and they hired me in as a temp remodel saying there was a 100% chance I'd get hired on at the end, but they needed more help with remodel atm. They have since hired on over 30+ for the remodel and they are not sure if they can retain even half of those people.
