Interview
First interview was through the phone then I had two on site interviews and finally a half day shadow at the actual office. Each interview was with a different manager of a department. The interviews were about 20 minutes long and it seemed like the interviewers really knew what kind of person they were looking for. Although I thought I had a pretty good chance for a job offer from the company since I interviewed multiple times and was invited for a half day shadow I was wrong. I think the company just puts all their potential candidates through the same drawn out process. I was told I would hear from the company within two days. I waited for a week to contact the recruiter who didn't answer and just emailed me back the next day to tell me I wasn't a good fit for the company. It was the biggest disappointment and waste of time for me. The company was not professional at all. As far as work culture goes, I noticed that 90% of the employees were under the age of 30. Competition amongst each other is encouraged since there are daily goals that have to be met.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
