Absolut faires und tolles Bewerbungsgespräch auf Augenhöhe, trotz großem Namen keinerlei Aufbau auf diesem und sehr kompetente ehrliche Beratung. Auch wenn es am Ende nicht gepasst hat, ist die Allianz wirklich vorbildlich.

Interview
The process consists of 1 interview with personality and IQ test , 2. interview with HR Manager, and final interview with HR Manager and Director of Branch Office. The whole process was professional, the atmosphere was friendly. The Director of Branch Office asked me a lot of questions about my previous jobs and my motivation. He apologized that he hadn't enough time to prepare better for interview with me because I am very experienced candidate.

Interview
Two step process: One meeting with HR and the second with the hiring manager and HR present. Written application form on the day of the interview (why are these still used!). Personality test and verbal/numerical test.
