First Round- Telephonic:
The interview went on for 20 tentitively. I was firstly asked the details about me consisting my previous organisation experience, why do I want a job change and educational and background details.
I was asked the technical questions regarding MS SQL, ITIL processes, active directory, types of logs, and how do we debug them etc.
I was given insight about the healthcare domain for which I had to work.
Second Round- F2F
It consisted of a online test for English Grammar check. 20 questions were required to be solved in 30 minutes. 15-16 questions were similar type where we needed to select proper preposition in blank space. Rest 4-5 questions were also easy ones.
Next round consisted on Listening skills where an audio tape was played online and 4 questions based on it were asked. It was a piece of cake.
Third Round: Communication Round
One topic was given - "Effect of social media",
Preparation time was 1-2 minutes and was asked to talk on it for 5-10 minutes. I spoke for may be 4-5 minutes.
Fourth Round: Managerial Round
I had a discussion with manager where he just asked me if I was ok to work in rotational shifts and move to MS SQL from Oracle.
My answer was obviously 'Yes' to both of them.
Result- Got offer letter the next week
