When I went into the interview, the first thing they told me was that the position for bartender was not available although it was the job position that had been posted and that I had applied for. Managers were very polite, but any information I told them was already on my resume. I was told the only positions available were for a hostess position.

How many years of bartending experience do you have?
Unorganized they scheduled an interview but don’t have you come in for the interview. I waited almost and hour after my scheduled time in order to be seen and it just wasn’t a great experience

Interview
Asked me about my previous work experience and asked a couple of drink recipes. In general was fairly simple and questions were easy to answer if you have experience behind the bar.
Three rounds of interviews for this place? It’s kind of ridiculous to have that many interviews for any bartender job, let alone this one. Easy, but a total waste of time.
