I applied online. I interviewed at Applebee's (Edison, NJ)
Interview
They asked standard questions about experience and teamwork skills. I would say the questions were more to gauge the type of person I was and if I was going to take the job seriously rather than seeking out a "correct" answer. The interview itself took about 30 minutes and they got back to me pretty quickly about the next steps.

Question 1
Example question (I don't remember the question specifically but it was along these lines): If you had to work closely with someone you didn't get along with, how would you handle that?
This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.
It was very simple, on the Applebee's web site, I selected a place and position. Answered about 5 mostly contact related questions and then selected a time for a 1st interview. I think they mostly wanted to see that I was early, dressed nicely (but I didn't wear a tie), and had a pleasant personality via a smile and firm handshake. I was called back for 2nd interview. I am currently waiting to hear back, but think I got the job.
From start to finish, it was smooth, respectful, and focused on getting to know me as a person and my skills. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel at ease, which really helped to reduce any nerves. I appreciated how the process emphasized a conversation rather than just formal questioning, allowing me to showcase my strengths in a natural way. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I felt valued throughout the entire process."
