Interview
Insgesamt gab es drei Gespräche.
Zwei Telefoninterviews, einmal mit dem Recruiter und einmal mit der Projektleitung. Das Gespräch mit der Projektleitung war sehr intensiv und der Gesprächspartner hat die eingereichte Vita wirklich gelesen und verstanden. Entsprechend waren die Fragen auch sehr spezifisch und gut gestellt.
Das Vor - Ort Gespräch war mit zwei Ansprechpartnern. Auch diese waren sehr angenehme Gesprächspartner und stellten gute Fragen und erlaubten entsprechende Rückfragen meinerseits.
Die Gespräche waren offen und ehrlich, was ich als sehr angenehm empfunden habe. Keine Stressfragen, nur Fragen zu den Kompetenzen und warum Avanade und wo ich mich selbst fachlich sehe.

The interview is overal’ not very difficult, it includes clear and structured instructions. There are three tasks after that comes Questions and answers with 3 different people. Nice and welcoming team.

Quick and clear interview process. Interviewers were friendly, ran it more like a conversation that went both ways and were complementary. However, despite interviewers being encouraging and offering to be contacted if any questions, the recruiter ghosted after final interview.

There were two interviews with some technical questions, but mostly behavioral. There was 1 interview with the org leader which was all behavioral. None of the interviews were very difficult.
