Very long process, delay in communication, talked to three different people throughout the company, talked through job and then you had a chance to ask questions. I had to reach out a few times in order to set up the next interview because HR was disorganized and would not follow up.

The interview is overal’ not very difficult, it includes clear and structured instructions. There are three tasks after that comes Questions and answers with 3 different people. Nice and welcoming team.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Avanade (London, England)
Interview
Quick and clear interview process. Interviewers were friendly, ran it more like a conversation that went both ways and were complementary. However, despite interviewers being encouraging and offering to be contacted if any questions, the recruiter ghosted after final interview.

There were two interviews with some technical questions, but mostly behavioral. There was 1 interview with the org leader which was all behavioral. None of the interviews were very difficult.
