The ratings and reviews for the company seem about right based on my interview experience. Conflicts with management, conflicting information, etc. Initial interview was with an internal recruiter then phone with manager, followed by on-site with manager, VP of support and the tech support team.
They stalled for about 2 weeks with various, obvious excuses, and then told me no. A few days later I got a call for a 2nd on-site group interview with manager, VP of support, and customer account manager (who didn't even know he was there to interview someone). I was given conflicting information (by their recruiter) regarding their concerns for not initially saying yes, so it was difficult to overcome their real concerns. The situation seemed to be that I was liked by all (or most) except the VP.
I'd suggest avoiding.
