Interview
There were two 30-minute interviews. One was with a hiring manager who asked mostly behavioral questions, while the other was with an engineer in the field of the type of engineering position I was applying for. Most of the questions were technical problem-solving questions. Both interviewers were friendly and open to questions, and for those who came early another BASF employee was available to speak with while waiting for their scheduled interview slot.
