I received an email for the interview date, we did it by phone, some questions were in the English language and others in the German language. normal questions about the study and work experience
Standard behavioral questions.
Some questions about PM specific role in manufacturing. Didn't get an offer as they were looking for someone with more experience. Manager did not give the impression they knew where the team was headed in the future.

I had one screen call and it took about 1 month for that to happen after application submission. After the call, I was completely ghosted. I was a referral, but it didn't matter. I was overqualified for the position, and I knew that, but a follow up communication would be nice.
