Short and simple nothing too complicated general background, showed up business casual interviews and hired on the spot with a few others, no reference or background check, a week or so training on procedures and products and another week floor training
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.

When turning in your application they do a 5 minute on the spot interview with a Manger on Duty. Afterwards, they called to arrange a formal interview with the store manager.
