I applied online and was invited for a phone interview a few days later. Everything seemed ok on the phone interview until I began to ask questions about the process for interviewing and what the next step would be. The lady says well we have people who are already farther along in the interview process but we have received so many applications for this position that we call each person to get a feel of their experience I will let you know more when we go through the other applicants to see if we will move you forward. This left a bad taste of unprofessionalism in my mouth. I'm a recent college grad looking to get into my field of risk compliance and security and for someone to tell me oh you don't have the experience others do and have moved on in the process but we will let you know end of this week or next week what will happen next is horrible and very unprofessional. I got the email today saying I wasn't selected to move forward I knew that after the phone screen.
