15 to 30 minute phone call with manager. Basic questions about previous experience and expectations for hours and pay. Also about strengths and weaknesses. Standard stuff really. Don't sweat it.
Similar to other places in Australia. Good mannerisms and polite team. Will keep in touch for next time. Short interview with team Leader. Other than that, nothing uncommon I guess.
