Interview Experience
The process included a presentation component that required a substantial investment of personal time outside of work hours. During the debrief, all feedback given was negative with nothing constructive or forward-looking offered. It felt more like a takedown than a genuine evaluation.
The experience gave a clear window into the management style and culture, and it wasn't one I could see myself thriving in. If you're someone who values balanced feedback and having your work respected, take note.
Advice to the Company
Candidates invest real time preparing for your process. The least you can offer in return is thoughtful, constructive feedback — not a one-sided critique that leaves people feeling dismissed.
