I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview process was a little long but I did have a very different situation. It started as very informal however personal. Which contributes to the overall environment of CBRE. The final interview, the regional director came in and surprised everyone. But it was pretty awesome to see that dispite the fact that CBRE is huge, it still feels like a family where everyone truly cares about your development.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why sales, why brokerage, why CBRE, what made you the person you are?
I thought the interview was fairly straight forward and a lot of the questions were typically aimed toward asesssing your personality. They were curious about previous work experiences as well.
Had 5 rounds including phone calls and in person. They were straight forward and not the deepest interviews. They seemed concerned about competition and would always ask who was interviewing me.
Difficult and challenging. At the same time. A lot of pointed questions about past experience and personality based questions. It was one of the more difficult ones I’ve had for sure. Definitely prepare for this interview because it is difficult
