Interview
Very quick, personable, not intimidating, organized, talked to two different people, asked to expand on my thoughts, caring people, very good with following through when they said they would, drug screen immediately, called to check-in on how personal matters were, flexible with interview times, etc.

Interview
This was my first interview with the hiring manager based in America. The interview was positive, but it focused only on sharing more about the opportunity and included limited assessment questions.
The following interview was with stakeholders across the UK offices.
The interview process was three rounds and took three months, one interview per month.
In the end, no feedback was given except that they would come back to me after the holiday season. I never heard back; I chased and received a declined offer.
Management advice:
- Review interview steps and make them shorter
- Come back to the candidate, whether it's a yes or a no, to keep a good relationship
The way I was treated, I would not apply again or encourage anyone to apply at this company.
