firstly, they prefer fresher from SFU and UBC. First would be to get invited to a mixer/Mingler where you will meet the rest of the team. if you’re able to create an impression you’ll be called for a second interview, which is a case study. It was a difficult case study, but all you need to do is show them how you handle pressure and tough situations.
