I was called by HR and had an interview with lady from HR which she referred me to hiring manager and had one more interview after few days with hiring manager. It was a great experience I really enjoyed it. Questions were more behaviors and personality related not that much about work experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CIBC
Interview
I applied through an internal referral link, and my reference emailed the recruiter and the hiring manager, introducing my profile and attaching my resume to the email. That's how I landed an interview. The first round was a screening call, and the second round was an in-person interview.

You should apply for a position through company HR site and then 1st interview with HR and then 2nd interview with manager and then 3rd interview with higher manager or managers or with directors
