Interview process was pretty good, there were three rounds, written then technical then HR, Written was of three sections 1) quant 2)English 3)Reasoning .
Technical round was awesome, I answered almost all questions, basically asked me about database and SQL as I told that am strong on that part then about my college project then basic java codig.
During HR interview one lady HR was there, she asked me all basic HR questions like why I want to join capgemini and all.
Then the documentation round got started and they told me that they will send a mail regarding my selection.
So, after 28 days they called me and mailed me, I got mumbai location,
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
