I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (New Delhi) in Sep 2016
Interview
This was a campus recruitment which had around 1000+ students waiting for the aptitude results. I had almost decided to book my Uber and head back home but somehow I cracked the aptitude test and got my Technical round. Its simple, if you have stuff on your resume which is pretty impressive and is crafted well then you will probably asked about the projects and roles assigned to you during the particular project. But if your resume is empty and has nothing to talk about then be ready for some technical stuff to be asked for.
