It was seamless with to the point questions as per the job role requirement. Interviewer was very professional and questions were also very clear. Hiring HR made clear before every step.

Question 1
Initial questions were related to D365 CRM Basics and then few more related to Power Automate. Questions were mostly related to the hands on work I have done.

Interview
The hiring process involved three rounds of interviews followed by an HR discussion. All interview rounds included a balanced mix of technical, functional, and behavioural questions. Interviewers were professional and focused on understanding both domain expertise and practical experience through real-life scenarios and project discussions. Each round lasted around 35–45 minutes. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.

Interview
Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
