3 rounds of interview , 1st is fully functional , 2nd is technical and 3rd is HR round. Functional concepts of DWH & SQL. Both the interviewers are friendly, I did not feel like I am attending an interview, I felt like it was a discussion between the interviewer and the panelist, like knowledge sharing session.

Interview

The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.

Interview
Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
