Not too hard. Mostly questions from sql, software testing. Mine was totally a technical interview while a few others had mix and some more HR or MR. He asked me about my project. Prepare your projects very thoroughly. I was also asked about my experience as a graphic designer since I had listed it as one of my skills.

He asked me how to drop 500 tables at once. And to tell cases for unit testing a netbanking login page. Also questions such as difference between truncate and delete in sql and UML diagrams.
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
