Interview
1st step, a phone interview, 2nd another phone interview both giving you a company background and job description. 3rd, the actual team you would support interview you by phone, 4th you are invited to an in person interview to meet with sever people over several hours. At times it seems very inefficient and I wondered why they do give panel interviews. It is a very long process and you end up needing to repeat yourself quite a bit.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Capital Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2024
Interview
Easy interview. I normally set and forget applications so I prefer companies not reaching out unless we're moving forward. However, they did say they would reach out, didn't, and when I followed up, they ghosted me, which I think is indicative of their own standard of organization. Never a great reflection on a company when they can't hold themselves to the same standard they expect of you, especially in an admin role. For those who do like being notified: They're the type to ghost, and worse, tell you they'll reach out but ghost.

Interview
It was weird. They typed the whole time via Zoom. I never spoke with a human. It was a 30 min interview then I was offered the position without them telling me what I interviewed for.
