Panel Interview based on a pre-arranged set of interview questions. Topics ranging from past roles and responsibilities to behavioral type questions.
The environment was friendly and conversational, it was obvious that the interview team was prepared and had reviewed my resume.

I believe ur was a very fair process. In the whole pandemic situation, they were accommodating enough to takr an online interview with the whole management team present. When zoom gave connectivity issues, they were gravitas enough to switch over to google meet. Impressed fully.
