Initial phone screen with HR. Was contacted via email. Interviewer was cordial and discussed the process. As with many of these interviews, I wrote a thank you and followed up. However...crickets. Disappointing that companies do not at least say that you are no longer under consideration

Why are you interested in this position? Various situational questions regarding leadership, management of people, basic technical questions relevant to the role.

Interview
There was a Zoom interview, followed by 15 minutes of basic background questions, followed by discussion of the role and next steps, including a follow-up with the hiring manager, a panel with other team leads and then likely a final round with the top executive.
