I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Citi (Cerritos, CA) in Jun 2011
Interview
When I applied for the position online I had to do an initial assessment. They asked simple questions that deal with customer service and personality. The next day I got a call to schedule a 20 minutes phone interview. I scheduled my interview for the next morning and they call you at the EXACT time that you scheduled, so be ready (they run on the central time zone so if you aren't from that area be ready at the adjusted time). The interview was fairly easy, very simple questions. The interviewer said that he would send my qualifications to a recruiter and they'll get back to me within 5-10 days.
