Client Network Services Project Controls interview questions

After the phone screening with HR, I was sent a multiple choice Excel test, and an assessment of project controls skills. The assessment was set up very poorly, with missing information. The Excel test was based on the 2007 version - very outdated. My second interview was with the hiring manager. We spoke for over an hour on zoom. At the end of the interview she asked if I had completed the test and assessment. So, I worked multiple hours completing the test and building a cost report from scratch - and they didn't even look at it.
