Interview
The managing broker reaches out to you to recruit you based on productivity. The brokerage really works for you. They want producing agents. They want agents who are full time. You come in and they tell you what they can do for you for a percentage of your commission. Education. Marketing. Branding.
They were great and answerd any questions I had. Very nice people and would highly recomend getting an interview with them. They were also very professional. I am excited to see if I get an offer.

It was easy and friendly. Easy to understand, very clear with the process, expectations and work model. Constant training offered. Didn't make me feel u comfortable, made me feel excited and looking forward to work with them.
