Phone screening where they ask basic questions and get a grasp on your sales background. After I went straight for a three person panel interview, the real interview only lasted about 30 minutes, after that they let me interview them to make sure I was sold on the company.

Applied online then received a follow up email to request and over the phone interview with a recruiter. Once that was completed an in person interview was set up to meet District manger and other current Solutions Advisor. Once I accepted the offer I had to call to find out the start date.
