Interview
When the interview was offered to me, I happily accepted. They did not tell me, prior to showing up for the interview, that the only training available would be during certain times, and if you can't make those training slots then you cannot be eligible to work there. Due to going to college, I wouldn't make those training slots, and had I known this before going to the interview I wouldn't have gone to begin with, since I wasn't eligible anyway.

Interview
The interview went well. It was a standard process for a voice role, starting with the initial HR screen which focused on my communication fluency and schedule flexibility. I then had the Operations/Manager round, where we discussed situational scenarios related to customer handling and problem-solving. Overall, it was very professional, and I feel confident about my communication skills and my ability to handle the role's responsibilities.
It was easy, interviewer was nice, interview was quick. all went well. you can pass it easily you just need to be good in English and be confident.

The interview process consisted of one behavioral interview and one English exam. The English exam was quite straightforward but requires a silent space to avoid harmful grade reductions. Likewise, the behavioral interview consists of at most 7 questions related to collections and customer experience.
