I filled out an application and submitted my resume on their site, 2 days later without an interview and an internet speed test i have been offered a position. There was no hassle, no wasted time, and all I had to do was respond to the emails and complete the tests as needed.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Concentrix in May 2025
Interview
This was a horrible experience. The interview itself is easy as it is a video interview. However, what made it horrible is the fact that they sent me an email stating that I have been selected to move forward in the next steps and to monitor my email for further instructions and 10 mins later I received an email stating that I had not been selected. Due to my confusion I reached out and was told that " After the initial email was sent out they reviewed your application and decided to not to continue with the process". This was a completely unacceptable practice. I do not advise!

Interview
There was no actual interview. It was a series of assessments and job simulations. Once passed you were contacted by an HR recruiter and the hiring process began. The hiring process itself was very fast, lasting approximately 5 days.
