I applied online. I interviewed at Concentrix in Mar 2022
Interview
I received a call on the 24/03/2022 from a recruiter of Concentrix. I was not given a chance to do the interview. I was told by the interviewer that , I am not allowed to do school run. She was abrupt and I felt discriminated because I have children.

Question 1
No questions, did not get a chance to do the interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (London, England) in Jan 2021
Interview
About two hours after sending my application, a lady called me for a phone interview. She was happy with my answers so she sent me a link to complete an assignment and arranged a videocall with one of her colleagues and a Virgin Media representative for the following day.
Before finishing the call, she told me what to expect from both the assignment and the videocall and sent me some paperwork. I completed the assignment (about Concentrix and VM) and sent her the completed form she had emailed me. She did not reply.
The following day I had my videocall with two ladies: one from Concentrix, and one from Virgin Media, who would be asking questions. The interview was pathetic. First of all, they asked me to show them my ID as they said that in the past they've had people interview on behalf of other people (??). Then I was asked the same questions over and over again (slightly different scenarios, but basically the same: you are faced with X problem, what do you do). They were clearly read from a script and the person asking the questions, despite being a VM team leader, was not trained to interview candidates. She showed no interest in my background and apart from her script she was only interested in whether I would keep the job or leave if I was offered something better.
I could only see half of the VM's lady's face due to how her camera was positioned and at some point she just switched the camera off. She was not engaging at all and didn't even bother being presentable.
The lady from Concentrix said that she would send me an email (she never did) just for procedure and that I would have an answer about the job within 48 hours (it's been two weeks, still not a word).
I sent an email post interview to thank them for their time - no reply.
A week later I emailed again asking for feedback - no reply.
Called twice - no one picked up the phone.
So rude and unprofessional. I have over 10 years experience in customer service, and although I can understand not being successful, I would at least expect an email/call letting me know.
