I attended a large hiring event where you showed up and were interviewed on-site. Everyone was pushed through interviewers like an assembly line. I realized quickly through interviewing that their retail positions are actually commission-driven, which I was not keen on so the interview fell flat after that, it just wasn't what I was looking for.

Quick and easy. I simply interviewed at an open job fair that was promoted in store. I brought my resume and was immediately asked to interview there in the store.

Phone screen then in person... The time was not long from the beginning of applying online to meeting in person with the manager of the store. I found out basically the same day that I went in for the interview.
