I turned in an application and put my friend down as a referral. They called me like two months later for an interview. I talked with the Merchandising Manager and they hired me on the spot afterwards. They only asked basic interview questions, nothing pertaining to special skills required for this job aside from asking if I can lift at least 40 lbs.
I applied online. I interviewed at Crate and Barrel (Tysons Corner, VA)
Interview
I applied online and a few days later I got a call from the assistant store manager. I interviewed in person and got a call a few days later with an offer.
In person meeting at the store, the interview lasted around 30 minutes. In the beginning they explained all the tasks of the position. You have time at the end to ask all your questions.

Describe a stress situation and how did I handle it
The interview/onboarding process was swift, I initially met with the the store's general manager and then briefly spoke with the other department heads. They called to confirm employment within two days from the interview.
