Multiple hour long tests - like the wonderlic assessment, etc, and hour-long video interviews with three people over the span of two weeks. Be on your game and ready to go - maybe get a calculator and a notepad.
The whole hiring process took more than a month. I had 4 interview rounds and an assessment. Assessment focuses on maths and problem solving skills. Then there's an interview with the Hiring Manager, one more interview by other team members, a panel interview with 3 4 members and finally there's a Bar raiser interview by a leader from other team.
