The interview process was amazing, from recruitment to all rounds of interviews. Everyone took time to explain to me the requirements of the role and what would be expected of me in each round. Listen to my answers patiently and gave a chance to ask questions and clarified all of my concerns.

What will I be willing to do to overcome my technical inabilities in order to fulfil the requirements of the role?

Interview
The interview process was really great. I got updates from the People team without ever needing to follow up. Kiley has been patient and responsive in explaining all that matters and answering all my queries.
The Hiring manager round was a breeze. Thandi made the interaction comfortable and was open to any kind of questions you shoot at her. The Team Member and the Technical rounds were equally great.
Overall a pleasant experience and it shows the DO culture. A big thumbs up.

I don't exactly remember the questions as it's more than a month now but as I have applied for a customer success manager role, the questions were mostly focused to check my business acumen and objection handling capabilities.
