Question 1
What excites me in the technology space currently?
Recruiter reached out and we had a short intro call. He said "I try to get back to everyone within 24 hours", then proceeded to ghost me. Ghosting is unprofessional, rude, and a reflection of how the company treats people. Shame on them for ghosting.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DigitalOcean (New York, NY) in Jul 2019
Interview
Several interviews over Google Hangouts: one with the recruiter, two with the hiring manager, and four others with various other stakeholders through out the company, such as product managers, support managers, and other tech writers. Each step was followed up with a positive phone call by the recruiter.
