Ecolab Manager, Software Engineering interview questions

A horror of an interview process , the details of which I have already shared on the ecolab Glassdoor page .I was ready to take a degrade in designation as well as 0% hike as they said they cant pay me more , my last role as Director of ENgineering was terminated . After 2 Tech + hiring manager rounds and 1 HR round where I had to travel to their office which is 25 KMs from my place , I was told it cant be further processed . A dissapointing process to say the least and the HR Vinod ( who probably thinks too much about himself ) is one toxic and idiot . PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND AVOID THIS COMPANY , IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING OFFERS FROM THIS COMPANY GO FOR BACKUP AND COUNTER OFFERS TOO AND DUMP THEM IF YOU HAVE GOOD AMOUNT OF EXPERIENCE
