I applied for this position online and was contacted by the recruiter via email to schedule a phone interview. I responded to the recruiter with my availability for that next week. After a few days, the recruiter emails me back and asks for my availability for the following week. A time and day were set for the phone interview. The recruiter fails to calls me at the scheduled time and emails me ~10 minutes after the phone interview was scheduled to say they are running late and asks if they can call in the next 20-30 minutes. I respond and let them know that I will be available during the requested time frame. The recruiter still failed to call and did not send a follow up email. I emailed the recruiter to let them know I withdrew my application.
