Interview
very nice interviewers. very polite. Did not ask any difficult questions. Very calm. Easy to talk to. Great handshake. Welcoming. Interview is one on one style. No tricks. No gimmicks. The candidates must be ready to talk about anything. Try to be very relaxed and very personable.
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
This interview consists of two distinct parts, and the interviewer genuinely wants to understand your unique personality. Just remain calm, be yourself, and answer every single question with complete sincerity.
