I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FDM Group (Glasgow, Scotland) in May 2016
Interview
Arrived in the Glasgow office and met the rest of the applicants. One of the senior members held a short presentation regarding life at the company. Friendly staff- eager to make everyone feel comfortable. After that we had three tests: general maths test eg division, subtraction, a venn diagram test, and a IT aptitude/logic test. After that we had a break for lunch. On return we had multiple short interview with different people. After that we went home. I had failed the maths test but as they really liked my in the interviews, I was asked to return to re-do the test. I was called back only an hour later and was offered the job. The fact that you had to move anywhere they may see fit, and that I was offered a, according to me, better job offer elsewhere, I declined the offer a few days later. My overall experience was however positive as far as the interview and application went.

Interview
There is 2 rounds of interview. The first round is a short interview, and they send you a list detailing the things they will ask beforehand. The second round includes a behavioural and a technical interview, the technical interview is easy if you have some basic programming knowledge.

Interview
First-online assessment, Second-Phone call, Third-Video Interview with Recruiter (Star method) , Fourth-Video Interview with Managers (Behavioural Questions and Programming knowledge). The recruiter is kind and supportive, thanks to her, I could manage all pretty well.
Went through endless rounds online, eventually passed and got offered a job, then got put on a waiting list for over 18 months then had to redo the whole interview process in person for some reason, I think because they made a mistake offering too many people work and wanted to cut their waiting list. Then went back on another waiting list for several months further before they stopped communicating altogether. Whole thing was a disorganised mess, stringing potential candidates along with no updates or sense of how long it would take. Interview was fairly average tickets box competency things, an IQ type test, many rounds and hoops to jump through to then just sit in limbo.
