I have not completed it yest. But so far I know that telephone interview comes first. Then after about half a month, they ask me to do the assessment center. In the last they require skype interview. I am not sure how many rounds.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
